Many works are being done in the direction of industrial revolution in the country. Industrialization is being encouraged in the country by Make in India and other such schemes but the lack of trained youth is also becoming a big problem of industries And On other side the population of unemployed youth is increasing in the country
It has become necessary to provide industrial training to the youth in the country to reduce the unemployment and provide the necessary men power for the industries. This institution was set up to fulfil this objective and we are doing it successfully from last seven years. We are making youth employable through skill development. The institute has been successful in providing technician to industries. We also motivate the trainees for self employment. The institute management, principal and instructors work as a team to fulfil these objectives.
The institute has established a training and placement cell to provide more placement opportunities to the trainees. Placement cell provide job opportunities to more than 100 trained candidates every year, to achieve this target we have signed MoUs with several industries and job providers to conduct placement camps. We also organise placement camps by coordinating with placement providing agencies. It is explained in detail about the needs and job opportunities in present industrial scenario by industry expert in industry expert lectures. We motivate them for self employment by various training and motivational programmes.
The institute has best in class infrastructure, updated workshops with latest hand tools, machinery and training instruments, IT lab with latest configured computers, library with more than hundred seating capacity, air-conditioned classrooms with projectors and large screen LEDs, and indoor, outdoor sports facilities
